John Badcock’s artwork is identifiable by his heavily applied and beautifully sculptured use of rich oil paint. In 2006 John took a group of students across to Norfolk Island where they painted the landscape and coastline. This stunning painting of Nepean Island from Point Hunter is one from the series of works he completed there.
John has been a professional landscape and portraiture artist in South Canterbury working for more than four decades. His work is showcased at Susan Badcock Gallery in Geraldine.
