Chaat Masala Seasoning - 45g:

Apostle combined lightly toasted garam masala spices for their warm, nutty undertones and balanced them with a deeply delicious blend of aromatic chaat spices along with the subtle tartness of green mango and the freshness of mint. The result is a deeply savoury mix that’s rooted in South Asian tradition yet reimagined for modern kitchens.

Ingredients:
Coriander, cumin, mango, garlic, onion, Himalayan black salt, sugar, ginger, fennel, chilli, fenugreek, caraway, mint, pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, asafoetida. May contain traces of sesame.

Orange & Horopito Shichimi - 50g:

Shichimi Togarashi is a unique take on the Japanese spice blend with roasted sesame, locally grown hemp and toasted chilli for a rich, warm and nutty base. As well as the traditional kelp, ginger and szechuan, Apostle included native horopito for wild bushy notes as well as both orange and lime for a vibrant, zesty finish that gives a bold, nuanced, and pleasantly bitter note perfect for soups, noodles, fish, grilled meats or vegetables. 

Ingredients:
Toasted sesame, hemp hearts, chilli, szechuan peppercorns, orange (5%), horopito (4%), ginger, kelp, salt, lime. Contains sesame.

Kawakawa & Feijoa Za'atar - 50g:

A delicate blend of traditional Palestinian ingredients combined with distinct local flavours. Oregano and thyme provide the classic aromatic base along with toasted sesame, caraway and fennel for an earthy depth. To this, Apostle have added feijoa for its bright acidity and subtle astringency, along with native kawakawa for its grassiness and a unique numbing tingle unlike any other za’atar. 

Ingredients:
Toasted sesame, oregano, feijoa (8%), sumac, kawakawa (5%), coriander, cumin, thyme, chilli, fennel, carraway. Contains sesame.

Red Wine & Plum Herb Salt - 80g

Apostle soaks pink Himalayan rock salt in organic Hawke's Bay pinot noir so the crystals take on a softly fruity and tannic flavour along with a deep dusk coloured hue. Inspired by classic Provençal herbs, the salt is dehydrated with layers of rosemary, thyme, celery, dill and juniper. Finally,  they add Black Doris plum for sweetness, richness and colour along with sumac for tartness and acidity. 

Ingredients:
Himalayan pink salt, organic red wine (20%), black doris plum (7%), sumac, pepper, rosemary, dill, coriander, celery seed, juniper, thyme. Contains celery. May contain traces of sesame.
