A Graduate of Dunedin School of Art Nic Tucker has won numerous awards in painting, 3D work, photography and drawing and have community commendations in art. She has also taught art at secondary level for 22 yrs and has facilitated tertiary courses in art.
A descendant of Ngai Tahu and Ngati Kahungunu descent, Tucker was born in Invercargill and lived all around NZ. The strong connection to the land resignates through her bold Japanese Woodcut style works.
This work is framed in a white frame, white matting and measures in total 91cm(H) x 120cm(W).
