Shipping policy

Please allow 2 - 5 working days for delivery.

Delivery is not available to P.O. boxes so please arrange an alternative address if this is the case. Rural delivery can take an additional day depending on your local driver. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for shipments of large or framed art, furniture etc.

Your order will be delivered by either Aramex, NZ Couriers, NZ Post, or Poste Haste. Please let us know if you have a preference for your area.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder if not received or email us at shop@wonderroom.co.nz

Orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance before they are shipped. Provided your product is in stock, we will ship it within 24 hours of receiving payment unless it's the weekend where we will ship it the following business day. We try our best to keep our online store up to date, however, if your product has sold out by the time we receive your order, we will let you know at once via the email address you provided, and we can then discuss backorder options or arrange a refund. If you have any location conflict with our chosen courier provider please let us know and we will do our best to choose a provider that suits you.

Australia Shipping is available for selected clothing, accessories, and selected small objects only at this stage via NZ Post & AU Post.
